Is there a way to add arrows or NEXT/BACK to scroll through products in the product page?

Can you please provide more details about your requirements? Do you want to scroll the product on the product page or do you want to create a slider section on the product page?
It would be more helpful if you share the store URL so I can understand your requirements more specifically.

I would like the customer to be able to through the products through the product page. Typically done with an arrow. Here’s the page for an example.
