TO clarify your request, are you trying to add the PayPal express checkout or a different or more advanced version of PayPal?
You should be able to activate paypal (if available to your business) in your store admin under Settings > Payments. You do not need to change any code or add anything additional to your theme to activate this gateway.

Thank you for confirming that @badrchamali . You do not need to enter any code into your theme file in order to get PayPal Express Checkout working. Once you have the gateway enabled customers can use that payment option at the checkout to pay via credit card. All you need to do is follow the steps in the Help Center document I shared in my previous post.
should i have shopify payment active because i’m from Morocco it not not in support country’s i’m really confused i don’t now how to start my business confortable without accept credit cards with PayPal because i don’t have any third party payment.

Shopify Payments is not available in Morocco at this time, but it does appear that PayPal Express should be available to you. In your store admin if you go to Settings > Payments you should see a section called “Supported payment methods” which will include gateways like PayPal, GPay, Apple Pay, etc.
If you do not see PayPal in that section of your store then that means that your business is not eligible to use it. If that is the case you will need to create an account with a third party payment provider and connect that to your store. You can see the list of all known supported gateways for Morocco here: Morocco Payment Gateways to Accept Customer Payment. I can definitely suggest 2Checkout as a widely supported payment gateway for businesses all over the world.
