How can I add product descriptions on my collection page?

Hello Developers Community,

I recently updated my theme and now i am facing a problem that i am unable to add short description of my product on collection page. I had tried multiple things but none of them worked. I wanted to show description on each product on my collection page. I would appreciate it if you can please help me in this regards.

Hello @usmekhan91

I inspected both your pages and i think your settings must be off for the short description or may be you are using 2 different product card

You see here where you short description is visible there are some extra elements

and this place your short description are absent you are missing some elements

You can find the setting for this from theme customizer

If you are unable to implement the same then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.
