Thank you so much for sharing your question with our network. The feature you are referring to is called “product tabs” and can be accomplished in a few different ways.
The first and easiest way to set this up is when product tabs come included in your theme. Please let me know which theme you are using so I can cross check to see if this is an included feature for you.
Alternatively, there are lots of App solutions to pick from to get this desired result. I’d be happy to recommend a few for you once we decide what fits your needs best.
