I’m trying to add new products to our Instagram shop (already populated with other products). But IG tells me that the product misses a product description.
I don’t see any field space on the product listing on Shopify to add that kind of information.
Any idea on where to put those missing elements?

if you browse to the products tab on Shopify and click on a product, there is a product description field, see this screenshot:

This field is complete, all fields are correctly completed for all products. Nevertheless, Instagram tells me that the description is missing for several products.
The obvious “Description” field has a description in it. The error message keeps poping.

On the META business manager, it says that I don’t have any description for the product and that I need to add one on Shopify. While on Shopify, all fields have been completed and active for minimum 2 months.
We already have several products on the Instagram shop and everything is automatically populated, but for several other products, Meta says that we miss the description field. Don’t understand where to put extra info.
