I was just wondering if you know or have a way to add product dimensions to each individual product on shopify?
We sell home appliances which come in many shapes, sizes and weights. However the weight of a product doesn’t necessarily account for the size of the product. Sometimes the heaviest items can be smaller than the bigger items. We are trying to give customers the best and most accurate shipping rate when it comes to this as we feel we are losing sales and/or money due to incorrect shipping rates when a customer leaves the checkout or purchases the product with the incorrect shipping rate.

Different products are different sizes for us and we’re not being efficient with shipping costs because there is only a default option for all products. I think shopify reckons we only are 1 product shops on here. It’s a ridiculous situation to be in.
