Hello my name is jadaija Gregory, I am trying to get in contact with an agent about my website. I am unable to add my products to a collection. It is faded out. I even tried making a new collection and deleting the old one. Is there anyone who could help me? Or tell me what to do ? I am so supposed to relaunch very soon. Please help

@Harmokeh has the right question! From the screenshot it looks like these collections are “Automatic” and use specific tags or keywords to add products to the collection.
If you want to manually add your products you will need to create a manual collection instead. You can learn more about collections in our Help Center here: Collections · Shopify Help Center.
