We are trying to add some information regarding the returns process at the bottom of our packing slip but we are not sure how to do that. Anyone knows how to add this information?

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return any item(s) for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment. To initiate a return/exchange please go to https://www.intro-clothing.com/pages/returns.

Go to your store settings here
Click on Shipping And Delivery
On the right side scroll all the way down and click “Edit Template” on Packing Slips
Mine is line 183. But just look for

and add the following AFTER it.

and then hit save on the top right. After that you can Preview Template if you want to see it

@ThePrimeWeb I am having an issue adjusting my packing slip as I lost all the customization. I tried adding the above coding to my packing slip edit but it did not update, any advice?
