This is Noah from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App

Regards your concern, the native Shopify doesn’t have the Product Review option yet.

You will need to use a 3rd party app that have this function. There’s a lot of Product Review app that you can find on the Shopify App Store.

You can check which app on the example page using and you can use that for your site.
