One of the things you could do is utilize one of the product fields such as the “Vendor” field to display these sorts of messages. For example:
You can take this a step further by wrapping the text in the vendor field in tag so that the text is bold and stands out more.

Is there a way to have it go below the product title?
This would require some additional coding to adjust where the display of the vendor field goes. I’m confident one of our Shopify experts would be able to accomplish this at a reasonable price.
