I understand that being able to add columns for attributes, such as SKUs or meta-fields, on the product list in the admin can be beneficial for our merchants and I’d be happy to submit this feedback as a feature request to our development team. If Shopify moves forward with any changes to the product list in the admin, then we’ll be sure to announce them on the Shopify Changelog.

Though the bulk editor isn’t on the front page of the product list, it does allow you to add columns, such as SKUs and meta descriptions. Did you two get a chance to see if the bulk editor can assist you with your tasks at hand?
