I need help here too. One option is to create a “manual collection” that includes all of your products. Then setup a tax override to remove the zip code Shopify made you enter when adding a state.
The problem for me is we have thousands of variants and are always adding more. So to keep up with a manual collection where you have to add products one by one is not a good option.
