How to add static content on the checkout sidebar of Shopify?

I have not found the file checkout.liquid on the template.

Only Shopify plus plan (start at $2000/month) can edit checkout page.

If you need to provide additional information to customers during the checkout process, you can consider adding it to your store’s FAQ page or including it in the order confirmation email that is sent to customers after they complete their order.
