I need help with adding subtitles under the product title. Basically, under each product title, I want to add subtitle. For example, I want to write “7 meals/day” under STARTER (6-8 months). Same with other products.

Yes, Its possible to have sub title by adding schema in your shopify product liquid file. We will call it and it will show product page customizer section there you can add differently sub title for different products..
Its a time consuming task. You can do it by yourself if you are having good knowledge of liquid files of shopify store.
Or We will implement meta field app in your store.
