I am trying to add code to the Boundless Theme. I want to add a “text columns with images” and an “image with text overlay” block to the Boundless theme. I can’t seem to identify the correct code or correctly add code to the theme. Is this possible? I just want to be able to customize the page I created the way I can customize the home page.
Hi @anomalyy118 ,
I have gone through your post, If you are having coding knowledge then you can customize your theme and add the code in liquid file Else we will help you for this. Its a time consuming file, need to check file structure.
We will test this in to all screen then will deliver this for you.
You can directly get connected with me via email or Skype.
Have a Good Day!
Hi @anomalyy118 ,
I checked and Boundless Theme doesn’t support “text columns with images” and an “image with text overlay” section. https://i.imgur.com/FHxfs0g.png
It’s a new section and you want to add it. Can you describe more about it?
Hi @LitExtension ,
Those sections are available in the Debut theme, and I was hoping it would be possible to add the code for those sections into the Boundless theme code. I am basically using to showcase my team. The text columns with images block allows me to add side by side pictures of my team, with short bios beneath that tell the world a little about who they are. I wanted the "image with text " block to go above that section to singularly display my photo and a short bio. That particular block is on the home page in the Boundless Theme. A slideshow (also on the homepage) will suffice to go at the top of the same page. I am trying to make my second page customizable like the home.
Hi @oscprofessional ,
I just emailed you.
Hi @anomalyy118 ,
Each theme will support separate sections, depending on the design of each theme. So if you want to move Debut theme code to Boundless Theme you need to change everything, it will be almost impossible unless you are expert. It gets harder when you create a new one section of rebuilding a non-theme one.
Hope it is clear to you.
