@valdostaguru - please check if you have an option to add text via customize->header settings, else we will need to edit the code

@valdostaguru - hello, you will need to edit header code structure to dd one more header item for phone number into it. This will change structure on mobile too.
SO you will need html/css as well to show this number on desk and mobile as per the need.
