How can I add the filters from my Search and Discovery app to my Featured Collection on my home page

Hi there …

I am using the Dawn theme and I have created filters in the Search and Discovery app for tags to my products.

I want to display those filters just above my Featured Products collection on my home page. Currently, I have them displaying on the All Products section that shows “Products” and is accessed by the main menu, but how can I get the same filters to display also on my collection on my home page?
