in my store you can order a personal gift, but I can’t find how to add an option so that the buyer can enter the desired text and this text will be attached to his order.

This is possible using product properties. Similar section with options of text, font can be added and a preview can be shown to the customer. Once selected and add to cart, it will add the text and selected font to cart item properties.

Although this is a custom setup you will need a developer to set this up if you are not good with code.
