Before we begin, may I ask what theme you are using? Is it a free Shopify theme or a third-party theme? Depending on your response, we can proceed from there. May I ask if you’re hoping to leave the same number of product columns on your desktop site?

Based on your response, you may need to edit the code of your theme, I highly recommend duplicating your theme first, and learning how to roll back to an older version of your theme. That way, you can reverse the changes if needed.

If you don’t feel comfortable making these changes yourself, our Support team may be able to help further with this.
