How can I add vendor and model number selection drop downs to my product page?

I am trying to find a solution to add drop down boxes to help clients easily select choices from various vendors and then model numbers of the vendors.
There could be 100 vendors and each vendor could have 500 model numbers.These should not be confused with “top line menu” drop downs.
So for example the client can select 3 types of feet, then select brand, then select model number. Once selected have the option to “add to cart”.
Is there way to facilitate this in Shopify with a theme, app, or plugin.

You can use the line item property but instead of text box you use the drop down select option.
