Tired all the method that were informed on shopify help and you tube but at check out only 1 kg is calculated.

It’s great that you’re using the Dawn theme, however, it should be said that whatever theme you use doesn’t have any impact on your shipping rates. This is because you create your shipping rates in your store settings by logging into your store admin, going to settings, and clicking Shipping and Delivery.
