I want www. in front of my domain. I purchased it almost one year ago from Shopify. Besides, I have to claim my website on Pinterest. In addition, I needed a good payment provider. When I contact Skrill, they wanted me to write my website address with www. My domain name is jabisy.com. How can I add www. in front of jabisy.com? When I search google by writing www.jabisy.com, I never enter my website. Google says- “This site can’t be reached. And www.jabisy.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.” Please help me.

I entered in www.jabisy.com into my browser and when I did, it re-directed me to jabisy.com. This indicates that the www subdomain is connected properly and links to your website as it should. I also did a public look-up for the jabisy.com domain which shows the DNS records for the domain, and everything looks like it’s set up correctly:
The highlighted record shows that you have set up the www subdomain correctly.
When you head to Settings > Domains in the Shopify admin, do you see the www subdomain appear here? If so, you should then be able to set it as your primary domain. Your primary domain is what your customers will see in their address bar when they visit your website.
