How can I adjust a video to play only when scrolled to?

I want this video to only play when someone scrolls down to it, so they can see the full thing. Is there any way thats possible. Thank you.

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid.

Step 3: Paste the below code at before of the file → Save

{% if template.name == 'index' %}

{% endif %}
