How can I adjust header logo width for mobile and desktop in Dawn theme?

At present, I have configured my header logo’s width to 200px to ensure its functionality on both mobile and desktop devices. Nevertheless, I am contemplating whether it is viable to alter the width to 400px for desktop and 200px for mobile. Despite my efforts to modify the code, I have not yet accomplished this task in the Dawn theme.
