How can I adjust header spacing for better logo and login placement?

Hello I would like to fix the spacing in my heading so that the second logo spans two rows and sits right next to the main logo, and then maybe set the spacing of the login/sign up so that they look a little better and take up the same area. Here is a picture of what it looks like now, and here is my shopify store, https://biggers-market.myshopify.com/
