Hello i wish to separate my Announcement bar to have a break big enough for my logo to fit between the middle of Announcement bar and the submenus.

You can customize the theme by adding custom code to your theme files. If you are not good at coding then I’ll recommend you to hire a theme developer to do customization to your theme.
There are too many different types of themes, making a screenshot an unsuitable amount of information.
OTHER people need context , things like inspectable urls at minimum.
