How can I adjust or hide the 'estimated delivery' alignment?

I’m not sure what’s happening here but why I don’t see this “estimated delivery..” blurb in any of the theme customization or “edit code” but in the live site this always appears and it’s so oddly aligned too. is there a way I can hide the flag or at least have this thing all align left?
