How can I adjust photo sizes in different sections using Envy theme?

Hello,

I am having trouble with making my photos the same size in different sections using envy theme. I want images shown in the gallery at the top to match sizing, but don’t want to change all photo sizes because it makes my header logo image extremely too big. I’ve tried codes but don’t know how to work them or where to insert to fix this issue. Please advise.
