We are a brick & mortar flower shop that previously used Quickbooks POS. We used to have a collection of general SKU’s with a $0 price that we would adjust according to varying product value upon checkout. For example, one customer wants to buy $50 worth of flowers and another wants to by $53 worth of flowers. We type in SKU 3235 and adjust the price to those values respectively. In Shopify POS, we have the SKU’s migrated correctly, however, we are finding ourselves unable to adjust the price inside of the cart during the checkout process. We understand the option to use the “Add a Custom Sale” method during checkout, but that is not a viable option for the busy season. We have read past threads relating to this issue and understand that previously there was no setting or enabling option through Shopify to create an item with a “Variable Price.” Does anyone know if this is still the case and/or if there are any reliable (and affordable) apps that could assist us with this? Thank you in advance for your dialogue.
