I was wondering how to change the shipping prices on my shopify website as they are to much for my customers

You can easily change your Shipping Settings by heading to Settings > Shipping & Delivery > Manage Rates. We have an easy-to-follow video with full instructions here.
In the meantime, I recommend determining a Shipping Strategy before adjusting your rates. For example, it might be beneficial to change your product prices slightly and provide Free Shipping. This means the cost of shipping would be included in the product price. Customers tend to prefer paying a higher product price instead of paying for shipping!
