Hi everyone
We have recently enabled Shop Pay as a payment option on our website, however we have an issue as when customers select Shop Pay it by-passes the shipping options/rates selection.
How can we adjust so that Shop Pay customers can select correct shipping option (and pay correct shipping rate).
I have read a similar post re this issue recommending not requiring a phone number with the order - however we don’t require a phone number already and still have problem. We only require an email with each order.
Solutions greatly appreciated.
