How can I adjust the banner image and button placement in a custom theme?

Hello, I am working on a store using a custom theme and would like to move these buttons down, and make the image not cutoff in fullscreen mode:

This is the full image, which is not cutoff outside of fullscreen mode:

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file → Save
