How can I adjust the Dawn theme footer into 3 columns?

I’m currently using the Dawn theme, and I’m trying to get my footer into 3 columns, everything I do is currently not working.

Also, I can’t seem to get the email and email box (pictured below) white.

Can anyone assist?
