How do I adjust the drop down menu width so it does not cut off my text?

I can definitely see how your menu cropping is not ideal. Have you tried this on multiple devices? Feel free to share your store’s URL and I can also take a closer look. I browsed through the Lorenza Help Centre, and was not able to find the exact document for your customization, but I did find a section to Enable menu length Detection. It looks like this feature automatically switches the menu style to the mobile navigation if the menu is too wide for the header. I suggest giving that a look through to see if its applicable.
