How can I adjust the full-width image in Eight Theme on mobile?

Hi, I have tried different ways to adjust the image width to full width for the mobile user but failed.

Could anyone help and share how to edit the width on different pages?

P.S. Using Eight Theme but the theme does not have “Page” to edit the width.
