Gift card purchase notification emails display an oversized store logo, while other notification emails show it at a proper size. Changing the global logo setting would affect all emails, so the goal was to adjust only the gift card email.
Two images were attached illustrating the large logo in the gift card email versus the normal size elsewhere (images central to understanding the issue).
A later follow-up asked whether a fix was found. The practical workaround reported was to upload and use a smaller logo image instead. One participant set the logo to 500x250 pixels, which displayed better in Outlook.
Trade-off: the smaller image appeared less crisp, but the size was more appropriate.
Status: Effectively resolved via a workaround (smaller logo file). No solution was shared for changing the logo size only on the gift card email template, leaving per-template customization as an open question.
When somebody purchases a gift card from my store, the email they get with the voucher/gift card code on it, the logo on that email is massive! Its taking up the full screen.
I cannot amend the logo size because the logo on all other emails that get sent out is the perfect size, so if I update that it will update on all emails, which I do not want.
How do I amend the size on just this email so its smaller?

I actually don’t remember now. I think I uploaded a new image that was smaller to it maybe? Sorry I really don’t remember now it’s been a while since I had that issue
Hi Randf. Thanks for the reply. That was the solution. I changed my logo to 500x250, and it displays better in Outlook. It’s not as crisp as I’d like, but I’d rather have it be a more appropriate size than it was. Thanks for your help!!
