How can I adjust the size of a textarea in my product theme?

Hi everyone,

I found the following code to add an input in my product theme which show up in the cart but I do not know how to change the size of the “box” (for ex the height) :

Recipient’s Name:

I tried with : style=“height: 10px !important;”

But it seems there is a minimum size of approximately 110px. When I change to 200px the box is bigger but under 110px nothing change.
