Brooklyn theme has the option of editing the slide image position. There are multiple image positions, so I’m confident at least one of them would place the image in a way to show model faces.
You can find this setting within Theme Editor. In the admin, head to the Online Store section and click Themes. Click Customize next to your published theme. Theme Editor should load for you, and you must ensure that you are on the Homepage.
Then, on the left sidebar, click on the slide image and test positions within the Image Position tab, as shown in the screenshot below.

This worked, i played around with it. I assumed that bottom centre would be fine, but it wasn’t.
