I figured out how to add radio buttons for this contact form, but without changing the code for the message box, it changed its formatting. How do I reformat it so it isn’t quite as wide and goes back to how it was before i added the radio buttons?

I already figured out how to add the radio buttons, but when I did, it messed up the formatting for the comment box below. I need to know how to fix the comment box, or how to add the radio buttons without it messing with the message box formatting.
