How can I align all 'Add to Cart' buttons in my collections?

Hi,

hope anyone can help.

The add to cart buttons in my collections are not t the same height because the name of the product has sometimes 2 rows.

How can I make sure it sticks to the bottom of the grid and not according to the distance from the word above ?
