I have a website on shopify as www.anayesha.com. I sell beauty products. There are around 15 different variety of soaps I sell, with a pack of 3. What I want is I would like customer to choose from these different variety of soaps with the minimum number of soaps to be 3 or more. How can I build a page or a product like assorted and let customer choose his or her choice of soap with a restriction of minimum 3 quantity?

I agree with Hardik, first, you need to create a selection of your products and their variants through a bundle app which will enable you to easily build product kits, sync inventory of bundle and fulfil bundle orders.
I believe Bundle Kit might help you out with this!

Bundle Kit tracks the inventory levels of the bundle and the individual bundled items as they are sold in real-time to prevent overselling.

Not sure if you try my Build-your-own bundle app, BYOB yet. We offer a custom template, where the customers can select any x products in a a collection. You can also add an at least operator for a minimum of 3 items.

You need to create a product in Shopify and under the main product create 15 different varieties as variants of soaps that will be visible on the product page. Using this app, all the varieties will display under the main product as variants and there will be a quantity selector for each type of item. Your customer can choose their own combination of all varieties.
With this app, you can set the min and max quantity, so your customer must choose that quantity before going to the cart page. If you set a minimum of 3 quantities, they must choose 3 quantities and can also choose more than that. Additionally, through this app, you can apply restrictions for minimum-maximum quantities, predefined bundles, interval quantities, limits on variants, and orders that can be achieved.
