I want to add this type of feature with my shopify store, like customer can customize product by his own choice, I’ve mentioned a screenshot for example and reference. Like when customer clicks any of option then he has many options to customize according to his choice

This is very much achievable but in order to achieve this you need to hire a developer as this will require extensive coding knowledge both in Shopify liquid and Javascript & Css.
So please let me know if you are ready to hire a developer, as I can surely help you achieve this

Is there any app or software that would be integrated with it
To be very clear you have two options to go with,
First, the way you want it can be custom coded where you can also modify the questions as per your requirement and this would be a one time expenditure
but Secondly, if you use an app then you need to pay for the app each month & also the app script would surely effect your store speed significantly.
