I’m wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. One of the items I sell is a greeting card. I’d love for customers to be able personalise it with their own message if they need me to send it direct to the recipient. There would just need to be two options on the actual product page. 1 leave black 2. Customise (and a box to write the message). I hope this makes sense. Any help would be much appreciated?

You could upload your artwork and let users browse greeting cards that you made digitally and then when they purchase it, we deliver automatically to you, the merchant, a PDF that you print yourself and ship. The cool thing is that the sender can add their own personalized message when they select your card, even a video greeting - theres a qr code on the printed card the recipient scans to get the full personalized digital card as well so it should cover the bases of what you were asking.
