How can I allow in-store pickup for orders over $100?

Hi All,

I have a $100.00 free shipping set up on my site. I have had a couple of customers pass the limit and want to pick up order in store and not have it ship. Once they pass the limit it automatically ships & won’t let them pick up in store. Any help or suggestions?
