How can I allow my customers to add a note and upload files from the checkout page?

Hello everyone,

I use TASTE theme and I do custom orders.

My customers can add a note and upload files form the product page already.

But is there any way to allow them to do the same thing from the checkout page? Sometimes I draft an order for the customers, and it brings them directly to the checkout.
