I am using dawn 12.0 themes.

How do i modify my product page like this reference image below?

This can be achieved by making changes to the theme files. As this a custom request which requires time, I cannot proceed with the changes without having proper access. If you are confident about programming, you can use edit the code including liquid/CSS.
