I’d like to ask a question about how my shop title affects results in Google Search and how can I change this from a technical perspective.
My domain is inkspiration.ink and my goal is to have a same result in the search results as I do have in my title.
Title is currently
“Tattoo Designs & Tattoo Ideas | inkspiration.ink”
but the result in the Google search is
“inkspiration.ink: Tattoo Designs & Tattoo Ideas”
I don’t like the “inkspiration.ink:” part. I’ve tried multiple solutions but it never worked assuming that I can probably affect only my title.
Is there any way how to change that?

Google should be using the info from your Store Name, Have you tried reversing the title in your store to see if that makes a difference?

The value in the Store name field is currently “inkspiration.ink” wich of course make sense to appear in the results of Search Engine. I cannot leave the name empty/blank.
Not sure if changing the value in the field to “Tattoo Designs & Tattoo Ideas | inkspiration.ink” is a great idea. Or changing it to “Tattoo Designs & Tattoo Ideas” and setting the Title and Meta description to" | inkspiration.ink". I’m bit afraid how that could affect the the SEO.
My goal is to appear in the Google search when people type in “Tattoo designs” or “Tattoo ideas” as well as the exact word matching the name of my website.

My understanding is that Google should be taking the Store Name value. Its
possible that is what it is doing and then adding the page name at the end.
I just can’t recall seeing the “:” before with stores. I’m wondering where
the “:” is coming from.
