@theRSCUED - add this css to the end of your base.css file and check, adjust numbers as per t\he need

.rich-text__heading{font-size: 4rem;}
.rich-text__text.rte {font-size: 2rem;}

this works but how to adjust the mobile size? coz it is still big. only the desktop versions is adjusted. thanks!
