I need to change the text above the cart button. Right now it says Free worldwide shipping and taxes included. I am trying to change it but cannot find out how.

You can check this text in edit languages. From there you can edit.
If you unable to find text there. Then you can check cart.liquid templates files there you can find this text you edit this.
Thank you. I checked both of those ideas before and the copy is not showing for me to edit.

The two other commenters are correct that this would be listed in your Language Editor. You will want to head to your Shopify Admin > Select Online Store > Actions > Edit Languages.
From here, there is a search bar at the top of the page. You can paste the text you want to adjust in the search bar. Or, search manually under Cart. If you are still running into issues, please provide your theme name and I can check that specific theme settings.
In the meantime, I would love if you can also provide your stores domain so I can see what additional feedback and support I can provide!
