How can I apply a 10% discount for credit card payments on Amazon?

I am using amazon payment service. I would like to apply a 10% discount on the basket to those who pay by credit card. but I don’t know how to do this, what’s your suggestion?

This might be possible by customizating the checkout and using Shopify Scripts, but that would require being on Shopify Plus. On standard Shopify plans it’s not possible.

I will upgrade my package if possible on shopify plus. I will get support from a shopify developer. Does it work 100%? by playing with the script? Thanks so much
